My story

WHO IS GIO

I have 15 years in the fitness space and have been an athlete my whole life. As a high performing athlete I transitioned that mindset and skill into training and working with Boxing World Champions to High Performing Professionals. When you work at this level you understand that there is a different level of thinking and you constantly have to find new ways to perform your best and be present and intentional in everything you do.

HOW RESET PROTOCOL WAS CREATED

As someone who is passionate in their work and thrives on performing their best I learned that I need to be in tune with my BODY, MIND, & PERFORMANCE in order to evaluate if I am doing my best. As passionate and energetic as I have been all my life, that energy, light and passion started dimming and I realized it all had to do with my energy and daily habits. I REFUSE TO SAY ITS AGING LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES. If you build a better foundation, better daily habits, and take care of your body your body will reward you with feeling more ALIVE. That's when I realized I can't be the only person feeling this way which is why I created the Reset Protocol!
